The Contractor will submit NABL accredited lab test reports of the RMU’s in original and the same shall be produced well before claiming RAR payment of the RMU. 10.00 | Note for Item No.7 to Item No. 9 :- (a) All Tools & Plants or Transport required for carrying out daily maintenance and necessary stationary & documents (log books, test records etc.) for maintaining the recods of Running Pumping Sets/ DG Sets at each installation will be arranged by the contractor and nothing extra will be admissible on this account. (b) Quoted Unit Rate shall deemed to be inclusive of Cost of Consumeables Items like Grease, Cotton Waste, gland packing, gasket, rubber coupling, Nuts & bolts etc. (c) The quoted rates are deemed to be included for provision of communication facility by operators with JE / AGE or with Pump House, Panjuana for tie up during utility service breakdowns (Non supply of water from Panjuana PH). | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
10.01 | (d) The rate quoted by contractor shall deem to be included for cleaning of the premises of installation including monthly cutting of grass, Vegetation and keeping the installation neat clean. (e) The operators should ensure the serviceability of the Plants, Machineries or Equipments and should be remain alert for every odd situation. The contractor should ensure full safety and functionability of the assets being maintained by him. Any casualty or injury sustained by the operators during the working hours at the premises of installations shall be sole liability of the contractor. No claim on this account shall be entertained by the Department. (f) Quoted Unit Rate shall be for providing Outsourcing Round the Clock and DG Sets are to be operated immediately on failure of Electric Supply Round the Clock, to ensure Continuous Power Supply to the Installations. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
10.02 | (g) In case of Failure of Electric Supply the Same Operator will start DG Set on the Same Location without any Extra Cost. (h) DHPP(N) will be issued under Schedule ‘B’ as Free-for-Consumption. The Actual Consumption of DHPPN(N) by each DG Set shall be recorded by the Contractor and to be signed by JE and Engineer-in-Charge as authenti-cation of Actual Consumption of DHPP(N). In case Operator fails to record the Actual Consumption then Recovery shall be affected at the Rate of Rs. 300.00 PER SHIFT and Fuel consumed will be treated as NIL. (j) Fueling of DG Set Tank, Checking and Toping up of Engine Oil in Sump, Cleaning of Power House Floor and surrounding Area of Complex. (k) 08 Hours of Working by one operator on any plant shall be considered as 'one shift', Contractor keep this aspect in view while quoting the unit rate accordingly. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
10.03 | i. Records for daily & periodic checks to be maintained by the contractor duly signed by operator & concerned executive. The cost of required stationary & equipments etc. is deemed to be included in quoted rates. ii. The Operation will be started from the next immediate day/date of completion of phase-I work. iii. During contract liability period no extra cost will be paid against any spare required to be replaced and consumable used. iv. Life insurance and ESI medical facilities of govt for all the personnel shall be done by the contractor and copy of the police verification to be submitted to the deptt. v. Minimum T&P required for the operator to be provided by contractor. vi. All safety device required for the operator to be provided by contractor. vii. Any damages to the machinery/ operator occurred due to miss handling of Equipment will be compensated by contractor. viii. Minimum fair wages as applicable to be paid by contractor through nationalised bank ESC mode and aadhar linked bank account as per Labour Commission Act. ix. Weekly ‘off’ as per Labour act to be given to the Operator & reliever to be Provided by the Contractor at no Extra cost. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
10.04 | x. PPF should be necessary for all candidate. xi. Contractor has to provide 02 pair of protective clothing overall combination with leather shoes one pair (as approved by Department) to each operator. xii. In case of absenteeism of any Operator in a shift/ duty , double the amount of Shifts will be recovered from the contractor. xiii. After completion of work contractor shall return all the temporary passes to AF authorities and certificate to be obtained & the same be enclosed with final bill. xiv. Contractor shall obtain a Affidavit from all deployed Operators that they are deployed temporary by the contractor through outsourcing & they have no legal binding/ with department regarding/employment/permanency of job. Any court cases due to accident/ break of jobs/compensation occurring due to any labour conflict during the contract period is to be dealt by contractor only. xv. The age of all deployed operators should be 18 to 60 years old. xvi. Operator will use their own conveyance to reach duty place/ locations. xvii. Running of plant will be made by the contractor covering three shifts of 08 hours failing which recovery of quoted rate per shift will be made.
