| PRICE SCHEDULE (This BOQ template must not be modified/replaced by the bidder and the same should be uploaded after filling the relevent columns, else the bidder is liable to be rejected for this tender. Bidders are allowed to enter the Bidder Name and Values only ) 1. For Details, please go through the RFP document all related Annexures uploaded separately 2. The Bidder has to quote the rates in row-13 , 14 & 15 (Blue cell) of the table given in BOQ before uploading same on e-procurement portal. 3. The Discount quoted by the bidders shall be inclusive of all taxes and duties as applicable on date of tender opening( MRP of medicines & medical equipments etc.). GST shall be paid as per its applicability. 4. For details regarding taxes and duties please refer RFP Document. 5. There shall be Forward auction for location wise for this tender after price bid opening. Date and time of forward auction along with procedure shall be uploaded in CPP Portal after evaluation of technical bid. Bidders are requested to keep a watch for corrigendum/addendum etc. issued against the tender at CPP Portal from time to time. 6. Offer of the Party with highest Percentage of discount from MRP value of medicines & medical equipment etc. against location/Locations basis shall be considered for award of work. For Example: There are the three locations in NALCO i.e. S&P Complex Angul, M&R Complex Damanjodi & Corporate Office Bhubaneswar where the Pharmacy have to Operate. The bidder has to indicate, their preferred location where they are interested to establish the Pharmacy as per terms and conditions specified in the NIT. The bidder can submit maximum three proposals i.e. either any one of the three locations, or either of the two location or all the three locations. Contract will be awarded to a bidder for a Pharmacy, where he has submitted highest discount compared to other bidders. Since, bidder also can quote for all the three Pharmacy, and a bidder can be considered for placement of order for pharmacy/pharmacies where he has offered maximum discount 7 Conditional Price Bids are liable for rejection.
